SensoryMe Ltd | Version 1.0 | Effective from 25 September 2026
This box is a summary to help you. The full terms below are the ones that count.
SensoryMe is a sensory wellbeing tool for adults aged 18 and over who live in the UK.
It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or replace support from a health professional. It is not a crisis service.
If you are in danger or feel unable to keep yourself safe, call 999. You can also call NHS 111, or Samaritans free on 116 123.
The free plan is free forever. Paid plans are £9.75 a month, £97.50 a year or £275 for lifetime access.
You can cancel online at any time, as easily as you signed up.
You get a full refund, no questions asked, if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, a yearly renewal, or buying lifetime access.
We will remind you before a free trial ends, before a pause ends, and before a yearly plan renews.
If you choose to, you can see partner products matched to your answers. This is optional. They are clearly labelled, and we may earn a small fee.

These terms explain the rules for using SensoryMe, including the website at sensoryme.app and the SensoryMe web app. Please read them before you create an account.
When we say "SensoryMe", "we", "us" or "our", we mean SensoryMe Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16898442). Our registered office is Broadwalk House, Southernhay, Exeter, EX1 1TS.
When we say "you" or "your", we mean the person using SensoryMe.
By ticking the box at sign-up, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information. It is a separate document, and you can read it at any time in the app.
To use SensoryMe, you must:
be 18 or over
live in the United Kingdom
give us accurate information when you sign up
You do not need an autism diagnosis, or any other diagnosis, to use SensoryMe. It is for anyone who feels it could help them.
If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete their information.
SensoryMe is a sensory wellbeing tool. It helps you explore your senses through short quizzes, choose practical strategies for your personal toolkit, and use check-ins when you feel overwhelmed. The strategies were written with clinical input and checked by a specialist occupational therapist.
Your answers are used to show you strategies and prompts that are more likely to be relevant to you. There is no scoring, no labelling and no diagnosis.
SensoryMe is not a medical device.
It does not diagnose autism, sensory processing differences or any other condition.
It does not provide medical advice or treatment, and it does not replace support from a GP, occupational therapist, psychologist or other health professional.
It is not a crisis or emergency service. We do not monitor your check-ins, and nobody will contact you based on what you enter.
Please use your own judgement when trying a strategy, and stop if something does not feel right for you. If you have a health condition, or are unsure whether a strategy is safe for you, speak to a health professional first.
If you are in danger or feel unable to keep yourself safe:
call 999, or go to your nearest A&E
call NHS 111 and choose the mental health option (England)
call Samaritans free on 116 123, at any time
text SHOUT to 85258 if you would rather not talk
You can log in with a password or with a secure link we email to you. Please:
keep your password and email account secure
not share your account with anyone else
tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account
Each account is for one person only.
SensoryMe offers a free plan and a paid plan.
The free plan is free forever and gives you access to the core sensory quizzes and a limited toolkit.
The paid plan unlocks the full toolkit, check-ins and additional strategies. You can pay:
£9.75 a month
£97.50 a year
£275 one-off for lifetime access
Founding members who joined during our launch period keep the price they signed up at, for as long as they remain subscribed.
We may offer a free trial of the paid plan from time to time.
We will remind you by email before the trial ends.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
We will remind you by email before a yearly plan renews.
We may change our prices from time to time. If we do:
we will tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect
the new price will only apply to your next renewal, not your current period
you can cancel before the new price applies if you do not want to continue
Founding member and lifetime prices are not affected by general price changes.
If you need a break, you can pause your paid plan instead of cancelling.
You can pause for a set period from your account settings.
You will not be charged while paused, and you will keep your saved toolkit.
We will remind you by email before the pause ends.
When the pause ends, your plan will resume and billing will restart, unless you cancel first.
You can cancel your paid plan online at any time, as easily as you signed up.
Cancelling stops future renewals, but you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
After that, your account reverts to the free plan.
We do not charge cancellation fees.
See the next section for how refunds work if you cancel shortly after paying.
You can cancel and get a full refund within 14 days of any of these:
your first payment on a monthly or yearly plan, including when a free trial turns into a paid plan
a yearly renewal payment
buying lifetime access
To do this, cancel in the app or email [email protected]. We will refund you using the same payment method, within 14 days of you telling us.
Outside these 14-day windows, payments are non-refundable, except where the law says we must give a refund. For example, you are always entitled to a remedy if SensoryMe is faulty or not as described (see section 16).
If you cancel outside a 14-day window, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you have paid for (see section 9).
Lifetime access is a one-off payment that supports SensoryMe's development. It means you will never pay again for the paid features, for as long as we run the app.
We cannot guarantee the app will run forever. If we ever close it, we will give you at least 3 months' notice and a way to export your data.
Lifetime payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund, including your 14-day right to cancel (see section 10).
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the SensoryMe app, not your lifetime. Lifetime access is personal to you and cannot be transferred to someone else.
Some strategies in the app can include offers or links to products from other businesses we partner with. These are always clearly labelled.
Partner offers are optional. You only see them if you tick the box at sign-up to say yes. You can switch them on or off at any time in your profile.
If you say yes, the offers you see are chosen to match your sensory answers. This matching happens inside SensoryMe. We do not share your answers or any personal information with partners. Our Privacy Policy explains more.
If you buy through one of these links, we may earn a small fee. It does not cost you anything extra.
You never have to buy anything to use SensoryMe or its strategies.
Partner products are sold by the partner, not by us. The partner's own terms apply to your purchase, and any questions about a product should go to them.
Please do not:
use SensoryMe for anything illegal or harmful
try to access other people's accounts or data
try to hack, overload or disrupt the app
copy, scrape, resell or republish SensoryMe content
use automated tools or bots to access the app
If you seriously or repeatedly break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. Where we can, we will tell you first and explain why.
The quizzes, strategies, prompts, text, design and software in SensoryMe belong to SensoryMe Ltd or the people who license them to us.
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use SensoryMe for your own, non-commercial use. You are welcome to share your own toolkit with people who support you, such as a family member, employer or health professional.
Your personal information stays yours. Our Privacy Policy explains how we look after it.
We are always working to improve SensoryMe, so features may change over time. When we add new features, we may add extra terms for them. We will tell you if we do.
If we make a change that means you lose an important paid feature, we will tell you in advance. If you are unhappy with it, you can cancel and we will refund any payment for time you have not yet used.
We may update these terms, for example if the law changes or we add new features. If we make an important change, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last updated.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If something is wrong, we will try to fix it, and you may be entitled to a refund.
For more information about your rights, contact Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk).
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Loss or damage that was not foreseeable.
Decisions you make about your health or wellbeing. SensoryMe offers general strategies, not medical advice (see section 3).
Products you buy from partners (see section 12).
Business losses. SensoryMe is for personal use only.
Problems caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as internet outages or failures of services we rely on.
Except for the things listed under "What we are responsible for", our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the problem happened.
We work hard to keep SensoryMe running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may sometimes need to pause the app for updates or repairs. Where we can, we will warn you first.
You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by emailing [email protected].
Please cancel any monthly or yearly plan first, so you are not charged again.
After you ask us to delete your account, there is a 30-day grace period, in case you change your mind. After 30 days, your account and data are permanently deleted.
We keep payment records for 6 years, because the law requires it. Our Privacy Policy explains this.
Free accounts that have not been used for 12 months will be deleted. We will email you before this happens, so you can log in and keep your account if you want to.
We will not delete paid or lifetime accounts for not being used.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms (see section 13).
If we ever close SensoryMe, we will give at least 3 months' notice and a way to export your data. If you have paid for time you cannot use, we will refund it (lifetime access is covered in section 11).
If you have a question or you are unhappy with anything, please email us at [email protected]. We will try to put things right as quickly as we can.
You can also write to us at: SensoryMe Ltd, Broadwalk House, Southernhay, Exeter, EX1 1TS.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you have a dispute with us, you can take it to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also take it to the courts where you live.
We would always rather sort things out with you directly first, so please contact us.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about SensoryMe.
If a court decides that part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
We may transfer our rights and responsibilities under these terms to another organisation, for example if SensoryMe is sold. If we do, we will tell you, and your rights under these terms will not be reduced.
Nobody else has any rights under these terms.
